We stayed for a wedding and found the Heart of the Village Inn to be a perfect fit. Not only is the location superb, right at the center of town, but it also boasts several shops and eateries within walking distance. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with charming decor and a large bed with six pillows. the breakfast was spot on, with pancakes that were simply outstanding. We appreciated the friendly service and the two suitcase stands in the room.
The room was a bit small and cramped, which could be an issue for those traveling with larger suitcases.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time! The breakfast is delicious, with a lot of options to choose from, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with shops, coffee places and restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the cozy and clean rooms, as well as the comfortable beds and linens.

I was lucky to have found this hotel while attending a wedding nearby. The location is perfect - within walking distance of a few restaurants and a quick drive to the beautiful Sheldon area. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast was incredible, with lots of menu choices, and the staff were very welcoming and quick to offer recommendations for local highlights.

Had a memorable city trip thanks to a cozy B&B. the fluffy pillows and comfy mattress gave me the best sleep ever, and the hearty breakfast was perfect fuel for a day of exploring. the location was also spot, on, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and easy access to sightseeing attractions. Plus, the warm hospitality of the owners made me feel right at home.
But if I had to nitpick, I guess I would say that the no, shoe policy took some getting used to.
